Healthy Drinks

If you’re interested in improving your health, one way to do so is to focus on what drinks you’re putting into your body. It’s easy to quickly slurp down a thousand calories or more in one sitting. Their are some list of healthy drinks, see below:

  • Coffee  –  The health impact of coffee has long been a controversial topic, with advocates touting its antioxidant activity and brain-boosting ability, and detractors detailing downsides such as insomnia, indigestion and an increased heart rate and blood pressure.

  • Green Tea    Green tea is made from unfermented leaves and reportedly contains the highest concentration of powerful antioxidants called polyphenols. Antioxidants are substances that fight free radicals — damaging compounds in the body that change cells, damage DNA, and even cause cell death.

  • Rooibos     This tea contains absolutely no artificial elements and the processing is done without the employment of any synthetic treatments. The plant from which the tea leaves are collected is grown in a natural way, without the use of any chemical fertilizers.

  •  Yerba Mate   –   Yerba mate is a central nervous system stimulant containing caffeine, but it also contains a number of other nutrients, including antioxidants, amino acids, polyphenols, vitamins and minerals.
